Brandy and Tonic

See how it's made


  • A measure of Three Barrels Brandy
  • A good quantity of tonic water
  • A few drops of Angostura bitters
  • Lots of ice
  • A twist of orange peel


Pour Three Barrels Brandy over ice, add a dash of the Angostura bitters and top off with a splash of the tonic water. Serve with a twist of orange peel.
